Join us for a unique, soul-nourishing journey led by two experienced guides—Olesia and Ania. Together, we blend the grounding stillness of yoga with the vibrational depth of sound healing.
Olesia – Yoga with Intention
With 16 years of daily practice—often with three kids climbing over me—yoga has become the still point in my day, a source of strength, softness, and connection. I teach slow, soulful Hatha yoga that honours both body and spirit, shaped by my journey with chronic long Covid and a deep trust in holistic healing. Beyond the mat, I build businesses, create handmade jewellery, and walk the path toward my true self through meditation and other mindful practices. Everything I do is part of the same thread—living with intention, presence, and heart.
In my classes, we begin with mindfulness and breath to ground ourselves. Then, we move gently through foundational Hatha asanas, which rediscovers the natural rhythmic currents hidden within the body that unlock the other practices and sow the seeds of spontaneity.

Ania – Gong with Presence
I am a sound alchemist and healing guide, working at the intersection of breath, vibration, and inner transformation. As a Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Therapist, I weave together movement, frequencies, and subconscious exploration to support deep healing—at the cellular, energetic, and soul level. With a background in holistic therapies and intuitive energy work, I create immersive sound journeys—gong baths that act as gateways into rest, renewal, and reconnection. Each session invites you to attune to the subtle rhythms within your body and spirit, clearing what no longer serves and creating space for clarity, balance, and peace.

What Happens in a Session?
We start with grounding breathwork to calm the mind and center the body. Then, you’ll be gently guided into movement, allowing your breath to lead your dance. The music will gradually build, supporting you in reaching deeper states of release, expression, and energetic flow.
Throughout the session, you’ll be invited to explore different breathing techniques and movement exercises that encourage full-body engagement and emotional release.
To close, we wind down with a soothing integration phase, using gentle stretching, meditation, and sound healingto help you absorb the experience, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and reconnected with yourself.

Once you’ve completed your painting, we’ll take time to reflect on the experience. There’s no right or wrong way to interpret your artwork—it’s a personal journey of expression and self-awareness.
To conclude, you’ll be invited to unwind with a gentle sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls and other soothing instruments to integrate your creative journey, helping you relax deeply and restore balance.

EMPOWERED SELF

During these workshops, we will gently dive into the ancient wisdom of the chakra system, seven energy centers that mirror every part of our human experience.
Each workshop will be five hours long, allowing time for deep immersion, exploration, and restoration and a break to enjoy a nourishing vegetarian lunch lovingly prepared to support your inner work.
We will gather in the heart of beautiful Glencullen, embraced by nature: forest, stream and mountains all around us. This sacred, nourishing space will provide a wonderful container for deep inner processes, relaxation, and reconnection with yourself and the living world.
This introduction workshops offer not only a glimpse into the powerful journey ahead (see Empowered Self LINK) but also practical tools to begin sensing the language of your own energy.
You will leave with new insight into how your inner landscape shapes your outer world and how, through awareness and presence, you can begin to realign it.
For those already familiar with chakra work, this will be a beautiful opportunity to continue and deepen your insight and practice. For those of you who are new to the chakra system, it will be a chance to discover and integrate a powerful tool, one that can support greater self-awareness, balance, and vitality in everyday life.

Magda – With deep curiosity, passion and reverence, I have spent my life exploring the human mind and the extraordinary states of consciousness that reveal its hidden depths. I am an accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and for the past fifteen years, I have held space for my patients, supporting their journeys of transformation in my private practice. My path has also led me to work as a psychedelic practitioner, guiding others through profound inner journeys.
But beyond titles and methods, I am simply a seeker—one who listens, who wonders, who believes in the wisdom that lies within each of us. I draw inspiration from nature, from the rustling of trees, the rhythm of waves, and the endless horizon of the unknown. I am moved by literature, by music that stirs the soul, by dance—the language of the body, expressing what words cannot—and by traveling, which reminds me of the vastness of the world and the many ways we can experience being alive.
This workshop is not about fixing or changing; it is about remembering. Remembering who you are beneath the noise of expectations. Remembering your own voice, your own rhythm, your own truth. I invite you to walk this path with me—with openness, curiosity, and trust that everything you seek is already within you.

Ania – For years, I lived to a rhythm that wasn’t mine – work, responsibilities, routines, counting the days to vacation. I created beautiful things as a designer, but deep inside, I felt something was missing. I escaped into distractions, substances, and dreams that weren’t truly mine. Until eventually, something began calling me louder than the outside world. Travel changed everything. In different cultures, I discovered something I hadn’t known before – a life without pressure, a life in present. I realised that true freedom isn’t about searching for yourself elsewhere, but about returning to yourself.
Today, I work as a Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Therapist, combining breath, vibrations, and movement in a healing process at the cellular level. I work with the subconscious, with what is invisible, yet felt. I study at a therapeutic school, learning both conventional and unconventional methods to integrate what is spiritual with what is grounded in the body and mind. My mission is to guide people to a space where they can truly feel themselves. Because there, in deep silence, in breath, in the vibration of sound, true creation awaits.
I no longer search for myself at the ends of the world. I travel, but it’s not the journey that defines me – I create my own path.
