Sound Garden is a nature-based space in the Irish countryside, offering wellbeing and creative experiences that support nervous system regulation, rest, and reconnection with the body. Rooted in nature and guided by gentle, body-based practices, Sound Garden provides an environment where it is possible to slow down, reduce overstimulation, and return to a more balanced internal rhythm.

The space hosts retreats, workshops, classes, and creative gatherings throughout the year — all designed to support rest, presence, and creative renewal in a calm, natural setting.

3-DAY RETREAT

Our 3-day retreats are designed as intimate, small-group experiences, welcoming up to 6 participants at a time. This limited number allows for a calm atmosphere, personal attention, and space to truly slow down.

Retreats take place seasonally from April to September, when the surrounding landscape is most alive and supportive of rest, reflection, and creative renewal. Each retreat offers a gentle rhythm of nature immersion, guided practices, and unstructured time to rest and integrate.

ACTIVITIES & PRACTICES

The retreat program combines body-based wellbeing practices with creative exploration, all held within a relaxed and non-directive framework. Activities may include guided nature hikes, sauna and cold plunge sessions, yoga classes, breathwork, forest bathing, and creative workshops inspired by the natural environment.

All practices are offered as invitations rather than requirements, allowing participants to engage at their own pace and according to their needs.

GATHERING & SHARED EXPERIENCE

Sound Garden is also a place for shared moments and collective presence. Group gatherings are woven into the experience to encourage connection, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

These may include group reflection sessions, informal jam circles, bonfire evenings, and sound baths held outdoors, allowing participants to experience music, sound, and stillness in direct relationship with nature.

PRIVATE SESSION

For those who wish to explore more deeply, private one-to-one sessions are available during retreats or as standalone experiences.

These sessions are individually tailored and may focus on nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, breathwork, or personal integration, always held within a safe, supportive, and grounded container.
